5 Ways to Prevent Cavities During the Holiday Season!

It’s that time of the year again, where bright lights illuminate the night and the excitement of the holiday season fills the air. During this festive period, it’s not uncommon to find delectable treats at any gathering you attend. The sugary delights can pose a challenge for your oral health, though. #1 – Controlling Your Portions

Before you attend an event where there will be food or beverages that are loaded with sugar, it’s best to establish what your limit will be.
